Air Layer Dome

🟢the Air Layer Dome is a great product for a new form of propagation! First, let me introduce you to "air layering".

"Air layering" is a special propagation method where a piece of bark is removed off of a small, healthy branch and a medium like soil or moss is wrapped around the barkless branch and held together with plastic wrap.

The problem is, that plastic wrap doesn't always work. It often lets go and grows mold because it doesn't really allow airflow. The Air Layer Dome on the other hand doesn't let go easily and does allow airflow!

⚖️This product only weighs around 15 grams (without any medium) and can be filled easily with moss or soil. The Air Layer dome works great on trees outside and plants inside.

Mediums like soil, moss and perlite can be easily used in this.

🗣"Why propagate like this?" Well, if you are unsure if your cutting will survive, then this is perfect! You don't have to cut your plant yet, you propagate while the stem/branch is still on the plant, and cut once it has roots!

Keeping the medium inside moist is easy! There are little openings next to the main hole where the branch/stem goes in, so spray water in those little openings and that's it!
